Who we are
Founded in 2023 by two feline executives with discriminating noses, Dutton and Bear Candle Co. brings artisanal scents from our paws to your home.
Dutton (our orange and white tabby CEO) handles quality control with his keen sense of what humans find pleasing, while Bear (our sleek black Director of Ambiance) ensures each candle creates the perfect atmosphere for both napping and entertaining.
While they can't actually handle the hot wax (no thumbs, obviously), these two particular cats have inspired a candle company that's just as unique as they are – sometimes sophisticated, occasionally mischievous, and always crafted with care in our Bozeman, Montana studio.
Our premium soy candles are hand-poured using only the finest ingredients: cotton wicks that don't crackle (they startle Bear), and scents sophisticated enough for even the pickiest feline-approved homes.
